Handy little entrance feeder which can be topped up without opening up the hive. This plastic entrance bee feeder can be used when bees honey stores are low & they need a little helping hand. Can also be used for feeding water during hot weather.
The feeder holds sugar syrup and is placed in the front entrance for the bees inside to consume. It allows the bees to defend the supply from robber bees as the feeding grill is inside their hive.
Great for helping build up your colony & can be topped up anytime day or night. You must ensure the feeder is sitting flat in the entrance. Suits thick syrup best 1:1.5 or 1:2 Water:Sugar ratio
