Use this is a fabulous uncapping tool to use when removing jelly bush or manuka honey that sticks and stays in the comb. Simply spin out the normal honey then run the roller over the jelly honey to agitate it and release it a bit from the cells. Then spin again. The roller will help dislodge the honey from the cells.
