This beekeeping beginner starter beehive will get you going with your own backyard beehive. It is our most popular bee hive starter kit and is painted and ready for you to add you own bees.

Our boxes are standard langstroth NZ Pine 22mm tick to ensure they meet our Aussie Standards.
Also great for a spare hive to have around just in case you get that swarm!
This kit comes fully assembed including the frames & just needs painting by YOU.
This Kit contains:
- 2x Full depth (deep) hive box 22mm thick - rebated boxes painted
- 1x Lid with vents including tin top painted
- 1x solid base painted
- 1x metal emlock
- 16 x made wired frames with wax foundation (see disclaimer)
- 16x 100% Pure Australian wax foundation sheets embedded to the frames as above
- no bees
- Everything is assembled
- Note: paintwork isn't 100% perfect but suitable for our Australian Conditions
Assembled with stainles steel wire and Australian Pure Wax foundation embedded and ready to go.
We dispatch usually within 3 business days to most places within Australia.

Any adjustments in shipping will be refunded at time of dispatch. If pricing to remote, country, WA, NT and other remote areas in Australia is more we will contact you for payment prior to shipping.
Note: this may be expensive to ship to WA, NT & remote locations. We will contact you if there are changes in price to ship. We dont like shipping wood & heavy items to WA due to the cost in freight.
Note: Shipping of pre-made waxed frames is at your own risk as wax can be fragile during transit particularly in colder months. We take every effort to reduce this risk but Becs BeeHive does not take any responsibility for any damanges during transit. If you choose to have this shipped its at your own risk and no replacements will be offered due to damange. by selection shipping you agree to this disclaimer.
